Instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking the following relief:- "Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing to the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur for deciding the Revision No.6110 of 1998 (Ramjas Vs. Munshi and others) under section 48 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act as early as possible within three months." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, if a direction is issued to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously. 4.
