(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no.2 Consolidation officer, Sadar, District Ballia to decide the restorations applications of the petitioner on merit within stipulated period till the disposal of aforesaid application restrained the respondent No.4 not to interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioner." 3.
