The instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia for the following reliefs:- "I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 i.e. Settlement of Consolidation Officer, Bijnor to decide the restoration application dated 23.06.2022 filed by petitioner in Appeal No. 37 R.T./117 R.S.T. 2025541131600000400 (Smt. Nirmala Devi Vs. Pankaj Chaudhary and others) under Section 21(2) of U.P.C.H. Act, Mauza--Haldaur, Pargana-Dara Nagar, Tehsil & District- Bijnor, pending before the Settlement of Consolidation Officer (S.O.C.) Bijnor/respondent no. 2 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions, submits that the
