Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No. 2, decide the case no. 19/12-13 (Ramesh Chandra Vs. State) Under Section 52-A of Consolidation of Holdings Act 1953, read with rules 109 of Consolidation of Holdings Rules" 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection, if a direction is issued to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously. 4.
