Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent. 2 to decide the case no. 693 to 696 of 2007-2008 now case no. 479 (State Versus Ram Lakhan and other) computerized case no. 202454143658030061 under Section 9A(2) of U.P.C.H. Act with connected cases pending before Consolidation Officer, Kirtapur, Jaunpur District- Jaunpur (respondent no.2) for final decision within stipulated period which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. II. Issue any other writ order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.
