The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Village Development Officer in district Bhadohi on 10.10.2018 and was subsequently transferred to Block-Abholi, District Bhadohi. 3. It is also the case of the petitioner that a complaint was lodged against him as well as the Gram Pradhan and other functionaries by one Kamalakant Dubey. Pursuant thereto, an inquiry report dated 11.06.2025 was submitted which according to the petitioner, did not contain any adverse finding against him. 4. Thereafter, another complaint was preferred on the basis of a notary affidavit alleging certain financial irregularities in respect of supply of goods from the firm which is related to their family members and payment made to them.
