Heard Sri Vijay Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner in the leading and connected writ petitions and Sri S.K. Pal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Constable in PAC in the year 1994 and thereafter, he was promoted on the post of Sub Inspector and he superannuated on 28.02.2025. A recovery order came to be passed on 05.06.2025 requiring the writ petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs. 8,55,800/-. 3. Questioning the recovery order, the writ petitioner has preferred the leading writ petition. However, during the pendency of the leading writ petition, now an order came to be passed on 14.05.20
