Though the present writ petition has been preferred with a direction to the respondents no. 2 to provide work to the petitioner, Aganwadi Worker but today instructions have been served they show that on 29.01.2026, notice has been issued to the writ petitioner to respond. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner shall respond to the said notice. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a response to the show cause notice dated 29.01.2026 by 27.02.2026 which shall be decided and thereafter, the proceedings shall be decided within a period of one month thereafter. 4.
