A Departmental Promotion Committee stood convened on 18.11.2022 for consideration of promotion of eligible Jail Warden to the post of Head Jail Warden. As per the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee, the name of the writ petitioner was found to be suitable for promotion and in the list itself, the name of the writ petitioner found place at serial no. 16.
