The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as a Clerk on 01.08.1987 and retired on the post of Senior Assistant on 30.06.2018. The writ petitioner seeks grant of benefit of ACP post-completion of 10, 16 and 26 years along with interest. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
