The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as class IV (Nalkoop Sweeper) employee and he superannuated on 21.07.2022, however, the writ petitioner has not been paid his post retiral dues. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner has invited attention of the Court towards page 27 of the paper book being a communication dated 21.06.2024 so as to contend that the claim of the writ petitioner is entitled to be considered for post retiral dues in the
