This petition is directed against order dated 15.04.2025 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad in Original Application ('OA') No. 309 of 2023, whereby the OA filed by the petitioner challenging rejection of her application for grant of compassionate appointment, has been dismissed on the ground that the petitioner is not legally wedded wife of deceased Government servant. 2. The Tribunal, noticing that the petitioner was not legally wedded wife of the deceased Government servant, as at the time of the alleged marriage, her husband of previous marriage was alive, came to the conclusion that claim for compassionate appointment had no substance and consequently, dismissed the OA. 3.
