Heard Sri Shiv Sagar Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Piyush Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised regarding maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the writ petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy for approaching the Central Administrative Tribunal by filing original application under Section 19(V) of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985. Since the writ petitioner claim for compassionate appointment has been rejected. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner could not dispute the said proposition. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of leaving it open for the writ petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal having territorial jurisdiction while filing original application in view of the judgment in L.
