Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Harshita Rani, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he retired from the Air Force in April 1979 and was accorded pension. According to the writ petitioner, without any notice on 19.11.2025, the pension has been deducted. The writ petitioner has also preferred the present writ petition seeking a direction not to deduct the pension amount which is being deducted from August 2025. 3. This Court entertained the writ petition on 21.01.2026 and sought instructions. 4.
