Roy, learned counsel for the respondents had produced before this Court an order dated 22.04.2025 of the Director, Administration, ASI revoking the suspension order, however, so far as the subsistence allowance for the period from 05.03.2022 to the revocation, the same has been provided to be paid as the fundamental Rule 53. 2. Since the prayer made in the present petition is to decide the representation dated 19.12.2024 and to grant benefits to the writ petitioner, thus, it is provided that the competent authority provided that the Joint Director, Administration, ASI shall pay the subsistence allowance to the writ petitioner if it has already not paid though, of course, the writ petitioner is to be reinstated in service in that regard. 3.
