Court No. - 33 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R.K. Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Though this Court on 04.04.2024 entertained the present writ petition and had asked for counter affidavit but Sri R.K. Srivastava, learned Additional CSC submits that though the counter affidavit has not been filed but he is in a position to argue the matter on the basis of the documents available on record. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being decided at the admission stage. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that his father late Lalta Singh was working as Seasonal Collection Amin since 1976, he claims to have been regularized and was made permanent in terms of the Uttar Pradesh Collection Amin Service Rules, 1974.
