The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed in Sales Tax Department and he has been transferred to District Allahabad/ Prayagraj, however, by virtue of the order dated 03.01.2026, the writ petitioner has been transferred to Ambedkar Nagar. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the date of birth of the writ petitioner is 01.12.1966 and he is to retire on 30.11.2026 and according to him, barely ten months are left in his retirement. 3.
