Heard Sri Indra Raj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaya Prasad, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. Shri Indra Raj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement that though post issuance of show cause notice and submission of the reply of the writ petition on 29.07.2024, an order came to be passed by the Superintendent of Police, Chitrakoot imposing the punishment of censure entry against which an appeal came to be preferred which was rejected on 30.12.2024 by the appellate authority and against the same, the writ petitioner has preferred the revision on 12.01.2025 before the Additional Director General of Police, Prayagraj, Zone Prayagraj, reference whereof has been made in para-10 of the writ petition but the same has not been decided.
