Heard Sri Ashutosh Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner superannuated on the post of Deputy Basic Siksha Adhikari, Agra on 31.08.2011, however, his pension was not revised so the writ petitioner preferred Writ-A No. 1611 of 2025 which came to be disposed of requiring the respondents to consider the claim thereafter the pension was revised but the arrears have not been accorded to the writ petitioner. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4.
