Srivastava learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he is appointed on the post of Constable on 01.01.1992, promoted as Head Constable in the year 2018, Sub-Inspector in the year 2024. According to the writ petitioner, he has not been accorded increment since July, 2018, according to which, he has not been paid the actual salary which he is entitled to be paid as per the status of the Government order dated 29.03.2016. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4.
