The case of the writ petitioners, who are two in number, is that they were engaged as Seasonal Collection Amin in the year 1997 and 1998. According to them, in the seniority list dated 03.01.2022, the name of writ petitioner no.1 found place at Sl. No.2 and writ petitioner no.2 at Sl. No.7. A committee stood constituted for regularization/absorption of Seasonal Collection Amins as Collection Amin and a recommendation came into existence on 27.11.2024. According to the writ petitioners there happens to be a recommendation of District Magistrate, Baghpat also, however, the writ petitioners have not been accorded the appointment on the post of Collection Amin. 3.
