She seeks promotion to the post of Chief Supervisor. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for disposal of the representation dated 29.08.2025. 4. Sri Jitendra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel submits that the promotion is subject to suitability, eligibility and Rules. However, there is nothing on record to show that any exercise has been taken for promotion. 5. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of requiring the writ petitioner to represent her cause before the competent authority and in case, the writ petitioner is suitable, eligible and qualified, and she comes within the framework of the Rules, her case be considered for promotion in accordance with law.
