Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Sri Sudarshan Singh, who appears for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred seeking following reliefs:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 06.05.2024 and direct the respondent to consider appointment of the petitioner on the post of clerk. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to allow the petitioner to join duty in the Army as clerk the post on which the petitioner applied and was illegally denied appointment. iii. Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Sri Sudarshan Singh has produced before this Court the order passed in Writ-A No.13539 of 2024
