The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner superannuated from the post of Senior Assistant on 31.07.2022, however, he has not been reimbursed the medical claim of Rs. 4492/- and 3100/- in terms of Rule 17 of the U.P. Government Employee (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2011. According to the writ petitioner his service book has not been provided to the writ petitioner and the writ petitioner had earlier approached this Court while filing Writ-A No. 10648 of 2025 seeking relief with regard to payment of medical claim for different amount. 3.
