The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is posted as Class-IV employee in Forest Department since 1991, however, he claims regularization in terms of the provisions contained under Uttar Pradesh (Outside the Purview of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission) Regularization of Daily Wages, Work Charges and Contract Basis Employees Working on Group 'D' Posts Rules 2016. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs examination at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4.
