Court No. - 33 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Siddharth Khare, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that they were appointed on contractual basis as Technical Assistant pursuant to an advertisement issued on 31.01.2008 in light of the Government Orders dated 17.07.2006, 02.07.2007 and 07.09.2007. The writ petitioners after being selected were accorded appointment in the years 2008 and 2010 as Technical Assistant in different blocks, however, the grievance is that their case has not been considered for regularization. Strength has been drawn from the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Jaggo vs. Union of India 2024, SCC OnLine S.C. 3826. 3.
