Sri Ram Sagar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement that though the writ petitioner claimed to be suspended on 13.11.2025 with relation to an incident which occurred on 12.11.2025 but the writ petitioner's suspension order has been revoked on 20.02.2026 but with respect to the salary which is to be paid for the period when he was under suspension now it has been directed that separate orders will be passed. 3. Prayer so made orally is that a direction be issued to make the payment in that regard. 4. In the opinion of the Court, in view of the nature of the relief sought in the present writ petition only suspension order had been challenged thus once the suspension order stands revoked, the writ petition has become rendered infructuous. 5.
