Heard Sri Parvez Iqbal Ansari, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Constable on 15.01.1989, however, now with the writ petitioner stands transferred by virtue of the order dated 10.11.2025 from Commissionerate, Varanasi to Commissionerate, Prayagraj. The grievance of the writ petitioner that he is to superannuate on 31.03.2027 and as per the transfer policy, there is a protection accorded to those Police Personnel who are not to be transferred once they are being retired within a period of two years. It is also contended that the writ petitioner is suffering from Rhinal problem. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of the transfer order. 4.
