The case of the writ petitioner is that her husband Shri Srinath Pal (since deceased) who was working on the post of Peon/ Chaprasi in NCZCC since 13.02.1988, expired on 27.09.2021. According to the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner is entitled to gratuity in terms of the payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. 4. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondent no. 1 to calculate and pay gratuity to the writ petitioner which is admissible in that regard. 5.
