Heard Sri Purushottam Mani Tripathi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaya Prasad Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed on the post of Junior Accounts Clerk on 13.12.1985 thereafter, a Government Order dated 11.08.1983 came to be issued granting/approving designation/pay scale to various class III posts which was to the extent of placing Junior Accounts Clerk in the pay scale of Rs. 354-504, Accounts Clerk in the pay scale of Rs. 430-685, Assistant Accountant in the pay scale of Rs. 470-735 and Accountant in the pay scale of Rs. 570-110.
