Heard Sri S.K. Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaya Prasad Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Constable on 07.01.1999, thereafter, he was promoted as Head Constable in the year 2019. As per the writ petitioner, his salary has not been fixed as per the Government Orders in vogue and further he has not been accorded one additional increment which has been granted to the similarly situated in the light of the judgment in Writ-A No. 44330 of 2012 against which SLP has also been rejected. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by third respondent, Commissioner of Police, Police Commisionerate, Prayagraj. 4.
