Heard Sri Dinanath, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri S.K. Pal, DSGI. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the husband of the writ petitioner namely late Bhal Chandra stood retired from the post of Sub Inspector and thereafter, he expired. The writ petitioner happens to be the second wife though the first wife had already expired. The writ petitioner claims family pension. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the other hand, submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by fourth respondent, Finance Controller/Chief Accounts Officer, U.P.
