Heard Sri Ram Sagar Yadav, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Rahul Malviyha, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that they were appointed on the post of Constable on 13.03.1975, 11.02.1975, 14.03.1975 and 09.12.1971 and they superannuated on 31.10.2014, 31.12.2014, 31.05.2013, 31.07.2023, however, recovery has been sought to be made from the pension of the writ petitioner. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by third respondent, Director, Treasury, Government of U.P. at Lucknow. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the third respondent, Director, Treasury
