The case of the writ petitioner is that he is posted as Inspector, Civil Police in District Ghazipur. The writ petitioner had earlier preferred a writ petition bearing Writ-A No. 13046 of 2025 seeking transfer from Ghazipur to Ghaziabad, Gautam Budhnagar which came to be disposed of on 03.09.2025 requiring the respondents to consider the claim, however, now the claim of the writ petitioner has been rejected by virtue of the order dated 16.10.2025 passed by the third respondent. According to the writ petitioner, in case, the writ petitioner has not been transferred to Ghaziabad or Gautam Budhnagar then he may be transferred to Hapur or Bareilly. 3.
