Heard Sri Dinesh Rai, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Constable on 09.08.1982 and he retired on 30.11.2022, however, without putting to notice, recovery has been sought to be made. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the writ petitioner may represent his cause before the second respondent, Inspector General of Police, Prayagraj Range, Prayagraj. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the second respondent, Inspector General of Police, Prayagraj Range, Prayagraj by 13.03.2026.
