At the very outset, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding to the respondent concern respondent to appreciate the hardship and problems of the petitioner and to ensure transfer of husband petitioner from District Moradabad to District Rampur, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. 2.
