The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Panchayat Shayak-cum-Data Entry Operator on 21.10.2021 at Village Panchayat Kamhariya, Block Nagwan, District Sonebhadra. Since the writ petitioner was not paid honorarium so the writ petitioner preferred Writ-A No. 13242 of 2024 (Km. Arima v. State of U.P. and others) which is pending before this Court. However, as per the writ petitioner, the said writ petition has become infructuous, particularly, when the writ petitioner has been paid honorarium. However, now the relief claimed is with regard to the payment of honorarium for the period from September, 2024 to February, 2025 till date. 3.
