Heard Sri Dinesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri N.C. Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for the respondent that the writ petition may not be maintainable particularly when the writ petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy of approaching the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad while filing original application under Section 19(V) of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 since the writ petitioner seeks compassionate appointment from CDA pension. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner could not dispute the said legal position. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of leaving it open for the writ petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal having territorial jurisdiction over the matter.
