The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was initially appointed on the post of Naib Tehsildar and thereafter, he was promoted on the post of Tehsildar on 01.07.2025, however, according to the writ petitioner, he has been transferred on 10.07.2025 from District Gorakhpur to District Kushinagar and on 14.10.2025, he has been allotted duty for doing parokari on the ceiling cases pending before the High Court. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that once Abhishek kumar who happens to be Naib Tehsildar, he has been accorded additional charge of Tehsildar. The writ petitioner seeks to rely upon the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in P.K. Chinnasamy Vs. Government of Tamil Nadu (1987) 4 SCC 601 and Vice Chancellor, L.N. Mithila University Vs.
