The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Ardali (Peon) on 28.10.2023/22.10.1983 and further promoted as Constable on 24.04.2001 and thereafter, the writ petitioner superannuated on 31.08.2025 but the writ petitioner has not been paid 10% of the gratuity, computation amount and full pension. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that already the writ petitioner was issued a show cause notice on 31.01.2026 to which the writ petitioner has tendered its reply on 13.02.2026 and according to him, the matter needs to be finalized. 4.
