Kushwaha, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Anoop Kumar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was working on the post of Pharmacist, however, the grievance of the writ petitioner had not been paid salary for the period from July, 2024 to June, 2025, increment for the period from July, 2025 to December, 2025 and the dearness allowance for the period 2021-22 along with the interest. 3.
