Heard Sri Vinay Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Sri Tiwari, learned counsel for the writ petitioner has made a statement at bar that though the writ petitioner is presently posted in Kushinagar on the post of Sub Inspector since 29.10.2020 and he had earlier approached this Court while filing Writ-A No. 14318 of 2025 which came to be disposed of requiring the respondents to consider the grievance of the writ petitioner for posting at a nearby district adjacent to District Jalaun but the claim stood rejected on 03.11.2025 by the respondent no. 2 but the writ petitioner seeks consideration of his claim which the writ petitioner would raise that the new transfer policy which come in the ensuing session. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 4. Accordingly, interference is declined, the writ petition s
