Heard Sri Firdos Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was appointed on the post of Constable on 01.07.1978 and he superannuated on 03.01.2019, however, prior to retirement, he was placed under suspension on the misconduct that the writ petitioner was unauthorizedly absent, he did not join the transfer place. According to the writ petitioner, there has been no departmental inquiry initiated against the writ petitioner. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4.
