At the very outset, Sri Om Prakash Shukla, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to issue a Writ, Order or Direction directing the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 04.11.2025 moved by the petitioner, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. 2.
