Heard Sri Rajeev Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The solitary prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondent no. 1, Principal Secretary Home Government of U.P. at Lucknow to decide the revision dated 20.08.2025. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the first respondent. 5.
