Heard Shri Ajay Kumar Srivastava, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Shri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Junior Assistant on 11.06.2004, however, the writ petitioner seeks promotion on the post of Senior Assistant, grant of A.C.P. and other benefits. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication of the first instance by the forth respondent. 4.
