Heard Shri Ajay Kumar Srivastava, learned Counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Shri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Junior Assistant on 11.06.2004, however, the writ petitioner seeks promotion on the post of Senior Assistant, grant of A.C.P. and other benefits. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication of the first instance by the forth respondent. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of, directing the writ petitioner to approach the forth respondent by filing a comprehensive representation along with the self-protested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order and the forth respondent shall decide the representation of the writ petitioner within period of four
