Ayub, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Shri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Driller on 28.02.2009 and thereafter he came to be promoted on the post of Shift Driller on 23.08.2024. The writ petitioner was thereafter transferred to Lucknow. The writ petitioner preferred Writ-A No.10044 of 2025, seeking transfer from Lucknow to Badaun, which came to be disposed of on 22.07.2025, requiring the respondents to decide the claim of the writ petitioner, which came to be negated on 14.10.2025. Challenging the same, present writ petition has been preferred which has been presented before this Court in the month of February 2026. 3. Learned Counsel for the writ petitioner submits that now new transfer policy would come into operation in the ensuing transfer session, thus, the claim of the writ
