The case of the writ petitioner is that his father, namely, Amar Kumar who was workng as Gram Panchayat Adhikari, went missing on 04.05.2016 and whereabouts has not been traced. The writ petitioner claims compassionate appointment. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the second respondent, Director, Panchayati Raj, U.P. Lucknow. 5.
