Heard Sri Tejasvi Misra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner has completed MBBS in the year 2000-06 and thereafter she was accorded appointment as Medical Officer on 28.02.2012. The petitioner claims to have married with Dr. Surendra Kumar Agarwal who was also a working Doctor in Delhi Government and the writ petitioner came to be transferred to Ghaziabad on spouse ground and the writ petitioner for the purposes of pursuing her higher education applied for NEET-PG-2025 and an admit card came to be issued for examination scheduled to be held on 03.08.2025. The writ petitioner appeared in the said examination and secured 297 marks out of 800 having all India Rank of 104912. However, the grievance of the writ petitioner is that she has not been issued an unconditional n
