At the very outset, Sri Ram Mohan (A/R 1785/13) holding brief of Shri Chandan, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the transfer order dated 29.09.2007 passed by the respondents authority as well as the dismissal order dated 22.03.2009 passed by the respondent authority, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. 2.
